Relevant competent transportation departments and maritime administrative agencies shall strengthen the safety inspection of rolling passenger transportation, further strengthen law enforcement, severely crack down on illegal acts of safe production, strengthen the "execution connection" with public security organs for false reporting of serious illegal acts of dangerous goods transportation, and make full use of information sharing and credit system to jointly punish dishonest vehicles and drivers, Ro ro passenger terminal enterprises and shipping enterprises should include dishonest persons in the blacklist management, and must not "let go".
