Import inspection

The object of import inspection is the entry-exit inspection and quarantine department. The inspection declaration precedes the customs declaration, and the customs will accept the declaration application only after the inspection by the commodity inspection department is completed and the customs clearance form for imported goods is issued. Release means that after the customs accepts the declaration of imported goods, inspects the goods, and after the customer or Wanxiang pays taxes and fees, it signs and releases on the shipping documents. Wanxiang can only pick up or ship imported goods with shipping documents signed by the customs. No unit or individual may pick up or ship goods under customs supervision that have not been released by the customs.
